MindGardeners

A few steps to clean the garden within your mind, plant new seeds, and watch your dream grow into your reality…

Note: before you continue on, I encourage you to look through a lens of

acceptance, love, compassion, non-judgement

Find the Weeds and Grab Them From Their Root

Allow the disturbances in your life come to mind. Disturbances include habits, feelings, thoughts, people, or energy which contributes to limiting beliefs. Sit with these thoughts, feel the layer of fog they bring over your mind.

Rahter than ignoring them, accept in order to release them.

Practices used to release:

breathing, writing, speaking out loud

By releasing this energy which no longer serves, you are actively creating room to heal, remember who you are, and create a life which aligns with your highest peace.

Presence with Self

Detachment from limiting beliefs, habits, people, or emotions will leave you with a lot of time. Time to heal from past limitations, beliefs, domestications, and attachments.

Practicing presence during this time is what will lead you to discover your true likes, passions, and beliefs.

Remember: do not take your thoughts so seriously. Non-judgment and acceptance are very important. You will know what feels right and what does not.

Plant New Seeds

You create your own reality. This begins with the emotions and beliefs to which you give power. The thoughts in your mind are manifested when payed attention to. Absorb the good, allow distortions and judgements to pass (because they will), and fill your life with what ignites your peace.

By planting new seeds, you are actively focusing on what feels good for you to bring into your life.

A positive or aspiring thought is the seed. It is planted through practice and integration in external life.

You are the Creator

of your own reality.

Patience

Patience is the key supplement in becoming a mind gardener.
Creating a new reality does not happen in the blink of an eye. It takes time and work, but it is worth it because this is your life.

Live presently with yourself, practice listening to your intuition, and do not focus on the future outcome. There is nothing to “figure out” and nothing you “should be doing.” By simply being you, and living through authenticity, acceptance, and love, the rest will unfold seamlessly.

The magic lies in embracing the unknown of the present moment because that is when true transformation happens.

Bloom

Just like flowers and plants, you bloom sporadically during spring. One noticeable event may occur, and it might be a bit until the next big occurrence. The importance is gratitude for the garden, as it is, in every moment.

Through practice, you will see flowers everywhere. A bloom which fills your life. Flowers from events which a past self would have dwelled on, and flowers from events which you have only dreamed of.

Garden your mind, accept the opportunity that is in all things, and surrender to your bloom.

Let’s remember earth is our home to bloom as one.

Happy Spring!

Love and peace,

Ra
