Personal Training
Personal training sessions are unique to your health and fitness goals. Prior to our first session, we will connect over email, phone call, FaceTime, or meet in person (if on O’ahu) to learn more about you.
I will take this opportunity to understand your fitness journey and where you are at physically. This initial meeting will provide me with a basis to prepare your unique and solid first training session. The more sessions with me, the greater benefit for you.
While I learn more about your personal fitness, health, and mind, I will create a personalized regime for you that promises to guide you on your path to feeling your strongest self.
First Session Package
The first session package includes a wellness packet. This a personalized packet full of motivation, prompts, and a few extra workouts for you to do on your own as you wish. From what I learn during our introduction, I will fill your packet with movement that suits you. This is a personalized packet that will come with your session, rather than the standard packet.
From goals to increase upper body strength, heighten your endurance, expand your stretching practice, or simply become stronger within your entire body, my coaching will show you the possibilities are endless because you are limitless. I am here to guide you and be your biggest motivator.
